Our inspiration and mission
The Sudanese American Community of Grand Rapids is a non-profit organization dedicated to uniting individuals of Sudanese descent. We were inspired to create a space where our community could thrive, connect, and preserve our rich cultural heritage. Our main purpose is to foster social cohesion, ensure the preservation of our Sudanese culture, and support positive integration into American society.
